The Bronze Medallion Award aims to instill a foundational level of expertise encompassing knowledge, comprehension, and practical skills necessary for responding to aquatic rescue situations.
Upon successful completion of the Lifesaving 123 Award, the Bronze Medallion serves as the subsequent milestone on the path to becoming a certified lifeguard.
This course places significant emphasis on enhancing swimming fitness and mastering rescue techniques within specified time constraints.
In CPR, students will learn in-depth knowledge of the Respiratory and Circulatory System and the required treatments when deal with different types of situations in needs of casualty revival.

💧 Weekly sessions: 1 to 1.5 hours each
⏱ Sunday (AM): 12:15pm @ Bukit Canberra Swimming Complex
⏱ Tuesday (PM): 7:15pm @ Yishun Swimming Complex
Course Fee ($640) Includes first attempt for:
1. SLSS CPR Training & Test
2. Bronze Medallion (BM) Training & Test
1. Basic English of reading and speaking as training notes is written in English.
2. Minimum 4 laps of 50m using breast stroke or front crawl.
3. To be in good health to do physical activities such as swimming and able to carry actual person with your partner.
4. Please declare mental & physical health conditions if any.
All training equipment included* except for per entry ActiveSG pool entrance fee (see below for breakdown)
1. The course includes: Training lessons, usage of training equipment, administrative fee, 1 time test, booking fee of award and training notes.
2. Online theory Zoom Session and blended elearning will be conducted if needed.
3. Additional training may be arrange subject to trainer’s assessment on Learner proficient.
