Not at all! Swimming is a low-impact activity, and regardless of your level of physical fitness, you can do it. It develops strength, increases endurance, and improves flexibility along the way. If you do have a medical condition, just speak with your instructor for personal guidance.

You will require a swim cap, an appropriate swimsuit, goggles, and a towel. Some classes will demand the use of some additional equipment like kickboards, but these are provided by instructors and lessons.

Yes! With private lessons, you receive individual instruction to learn faster and focus on problem areas. Group classes are also excellent and for learning from others. Just do what is good and fun for you!
